Send a notice
Write to the agent and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
- The copyrighted work you believe was infringed, or a representative list if there are several.
- The material you believe infringes, with enough detail to find it, such as the page address and a description of the photo, image, or message.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Organized Command LLC may remove or disable access to material identified in a complete notice and will try to let the person who shared it know.
Send a counter-notice
If material you shared was removed or disabled because of a notice, and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, write to the agent and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, postal address, and telephone number; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is (or, if you are outside the United States, any district where Organized Command LLC may be found); and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice, or their agent.
A copy of a complete counter-notice goes to the person who sent the original notice.
False claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages.
Repeat infringers
Organized Command LLC may end the account access of anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
